Target: Easy Run - 11 miles @ 8:32 pace
Yesterday's Run: 11 miles in 1:31:06 (8:17 pace). I ran the first 6.5 miles without looking at my time. Felt like a good steady pace, but I was moving faster than I thought. Not a bad problem however, but not wisest approach for a easy/recovery run.
