Here is the tally from what was eaten yesterday by yours truly:
- 1 slice of Cinnamon bread
- 3 cups of coffee
- 4 bottles of water
- 3 small oranges (after my morning run which hopefully negated some of the effects from a day a feasting)
- 4 slices of turkey covered with gravy
- medium sized helping of mashed potatoes with gravy
- small serving of green bean casserole
- 2 chicken tacos loaded with all the good stuff
- a side of cilantro rice
- a plate full of chips and green olive cilantro salsa (my favorite)
- 3 pieces of my wife's terrific APPLE PIE!
- 1 cup of iced tea
- 3 chocolate covered peanut butter balls
- 1 package of shark fruit snacks (I have no clue as to why I ate this)
- 1 can of Diet Pepsi (I wouldn't want to risk gaining any weight)
- 2 cookies
- a handful of celery, carrots and green olives
Can you say Gluttony? Today I am thinking that I will eat a cup of yogurt and call it good!
I need to know more about this green olive cilantro salsa!
