"Blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD,
whose trust is the LORD.
He is like a tree planted by water,
that sends out its roots by the stream,
and does not fear when heat comes,
for its leaves remain green,
and is not anxious in the year of drought,
for it does not cease to bear fruit."
Jeremiah 17:7-8 (ESV)
Sometimes it's hard to remember that. Why is that? You would think we would remember it most when we are going through hard times, but it seems to be the opposite. How much better would things be if we just learned to trust?

I agree Stephanie. In some ways it is easier to trust in the Lord. However we are also called to be a follower of Jesus whose trust is the Lord.
Not only is God the one I'm to trust in, but He is to be my trust. Kind of mind blowing!
