The Kelly family had a great trip to The Little Apple for Thanksgiving. I haven't blogged in a few days, but here are some stored up random thoughts.
Deep fried turkey is better than roasted turkey.
For the first time I watched the show American Chopper on The Discovery Channel. This show, about a dad, his two sons and their motorcycle creations at Orange County Choppers, was pretty cool. I'm thinking of taping an episode or two and showing it to my staff. Their is some really good and really bad leadership, and also examples of communication at it's best and worst.
Hurrying home to watch Colorado play Nebraska was certainly not worth the effort. Nebraska overpowered and outclassed the Buffs in every way possible. ARGHHHH! But hey the Buffs get to go to the Big 12 Championship game - not sure that seems right.
My wife now has something in our bathroom called Fiber Gum Putty. I'm pretty sure it is for your hair.
Speaking of hair. I think that my hair is beginning to thin a little! Maybe it is the result of my last haircut, but just in case I will start working on my combover. I can take some lessons here. OK, I don't think that I need to worry about this for a while, but it is always good to be prepared.
It was great to watch the Broncos beat the Cowboys, especially in a room full of Cowboy and Chief fans.
Hey Rob,
We hurried to my in-laws for the game Friday, too. You didn't like the results? We thought it turned out ok! (c;
